Ribs, Wings, & Things, is brought to life by mascots Pudge Pancho of Pig, Kentucky and Coco Loco of Little Neck, Queens. Created by the team behind Rainhas Churrascaria, this unique Latin Barbeque-inspired concept aims to reconcile the rising challenges of inflation and the high cost of living by offering high-quality, flavorful cuisine at accessible prices to the surrounding community.

The Ribs, Wings, & Things menu features an array of ribs, wings, and a selection of sides curated by Rainhas Churrascaria. Wings come in both bone-in and boneless options, offering a canvas for eight distinctive flavors of sauce and dry rubs, including Pineapple Habanero, Takis (wings encrusted in the famous fiery Takis chips), Lemon Pepper, and Buffalo. For a crunchy experience, customers can opt for the double-fried Korean-style wings. Once customers have made their choice from the wing flavors, they can further customize their experience by selecting from a variety of house-made sauces, such as Creamichurri (a creamy take on Chimichurri), Chipotle Aioli, Ranch, and Blue Cheese.
The pork ribs are slow-cooked and coated in the customer’s choice of three sauces or dry rubs. These include Pineapple Habanero, Homemade BBQ, and Mexican Dry Rub. After choosing from ribs, wings, or a combination of both, customers can enhance their meal with a selection of BBQ-inspired or Latin sides. Options include made-to-order onion rings, crispy fried green plantains, golden French fries, coleslaw, or rice and beans.
