Terra Mediterrania announced that they are now opened in Chelsea on 7th Avenue between 17th & 18th Streets.
Terra carves out a new category of dining. The ESR (efficient service restaurant) features a menu full of Mediterranean flavors in familiar formats. Guests will enjoy a menu of laffa wraps, flatbreads (dinner only), bowls, salads, and dishes featuring their signature kataifi chicken.
Terra Meditterania’s efficiencies can be found at every interaction with the restaurant. Upon entering, guests are met with smart kiosks that use ATMOS, a new-to-market point-of-sale technology. ATMOS streamlines the ordering process for diners, aggregates information about ordering trends, and optimizes the menu in accordance with diner preferences. When guests click through the ordering process from the kiosks lining the living walls they’ll see a complete list of ingredients, allergens, and photos taking the guesswork out of ordering.
Food at Terra Mediterrania is prepared in a 100% electric kitchen. Designed with clean energy and consistency in mind, the electric kitchen offers speed and precision. The menu features multiple vegan and gluten-free options, as well as grains, legumes, and unique proteins. Highlights from the chef-crafted menu include:
- Crispy Kataifi Chicken Sandwich served on a warm Challah roll with smoky Terra aioli, Greek yogurt slaw, and yogurt dill sauce
- Ancient Grains Bowl with farro, falafel, roasted cauliflower, tabouleh, balela, spicy tomatoes, beluga lentils, and ja’ala mix
- Fisherman’s Salad with mixed leafy greens, salmon, tabouleh, cucumber, balela, olives, beets, greens, farmland herbs, beluga lentils, and yogurt dill dressing
- Shawarma Laffa Wrap with chicken, suman onion, spicy tomato, parsley, and tahini yogurt
- Short Rib Brussels Bowl with tender braised short rib, toasted cumin farro, brussels sprouts, herbed quinoa, pomegranate tabouleh, and rich tahini with house muhammara
- Potato and Onion Flatbread with onions, sweet potato, olive oil, arugula, and chermoula (*available for dinner)
Terra Mediterrania is located at 124 7th Avenue and will be open from 11:30am-3:30pm and 4:30pm-9pm daily.
