The restaurant will be helmed by Xiaozhou Qian who is also behind The Pho 2 and Sushi Blossom, both of which are located in Chelsea. His new concept — which will be taking over the space formerly occupied by Chelsea Apothecary — is slated to offer a variety of staple seafood appetizers like shrimp cocktail ($10), crab cakes ($12), ceviche ($12.99) and fried calamari ($8.99) and entrees including their catch of the day sold at market price, which can be served with a variety of sauces including Cajun, lemon pepper and garlic. It also plans to offer wine, beer and cider.

It is slated to be open from 11 a.m. until midnight daily. It expects to have 23 tables with 52 seats and one bar with 10 seats available.

The Pho 2 is a local Vietnamese spot with staples such as summer rolls, vermicelli noodles, pho noodle soup, banh mi sandwiches, rice dishes, as well as their signature Vietnamese-style tacos.

Sushi Blossoms is an omakase restaurant that bills itself as an intimate dining experience offering traditional Japanese with a modern twist. It serves a multi-course meal with seasonal ingredients, as well as fish sourced from Japanese cities including Hokkaido, Kagoshima and other coastal regions.
