Watch out rival restaurants, there’s a new kid on the block and it looks like he’s here to stay for good.
Crisp & Green is a new, healthy, fast-casual chain that is dedicated to nourishing your healthy lifestyle. The concept was established in 2016 by founder Steele Smiley, who sought to change the game in the wellness industry with an innovative fast-casual restaurant that helps customers make healthy choices without compromising their taste. Featuring an eclectic menu of chef-crafted salads, grain bowls, and smoothies, Steele Smiley promises to provide every guest with a crisp and refreshing experience.
Founded in Wayzata, Minnesota in 2016, Crisp & Green has since grown to 24 different locations across the country. Soon though, Steele will be bringing his innovative healthy restaurant to New York for the very first time, when he launches a new space at 1145 Broadway. The space was formerly home to a yoga studio called Standard Dose, and offers a total of 2,900 square feet of space. Additionally, Steele also announced his plan to bring his popular plant-based eating concept Stalk & Spade to New York next year, though he has yet to reveal the expected location for the restaurant.
In a press release regarding the recent deal, Smiley stated “I think every consumer-based entrepreneur in the world dreams of their concepts being in New York. We’re not only fortunate enough to have one of our brands enter into that market, but two. It’s an opportunity for us to showcase out brands – not only in the biggest market in United States but on a global stage.”
Crisp & Green is currently expected to arrive in the first quarter of 2023, and Stalk & Spade is expected to open up shortly afterwards.
