The new restaurant is billed as offering “innovative takes on regional cuisine in a warm and inviting space” with indoor and outdoor seating. It will be managed by Chris Coco who currently operates Pennsylvania 6 in Midtown. The menu indicates the hospitality group will be sticking to its speciality of New American cuisine with appetizers such as classic tomato soup, charred brussels sprouts and pulled pork nachos, a speciality chop salad, as well as other salad staples like caesar, fried chicken sandwiches, chicken and waffles and desserts like key lime pie. It is also seeking a full liquor license.

The new concept is one of many in Table 95 Hospitality’s portfolio, many of which also fall under the New American cuisine category. It also owns City Tap House, a New American restaurant with locations in numerous major metropolitan areas around the country, Public House Sports Bar near Grand Central Station and Pennsylvania 6 in Midtown, as well as Lola’s Mexican Kitchen and Brother Jimmy’s both of which are in the commuter towns of White Plains, New York, and Stamford, Connecticut.
