While a team member told What Now New York that it is “very early in the concept development process,” the group is currently working on an unnamed “charming and approachable neighborhood pub.” The group is trying to secure the space at 321 W 44th St. in Midtown West, which is occupied by Peachy Keen, for their yet-to-be-named pub concept. The group’s newest concept Polly’s debuted about a month ago underneath Tanner Smith’s in Midtown.

The pub is slated to offer 41 tables with 129 seats, as well as two bars with 19 seats, with anticipated hours of operation of 11 a.m. to 4 a.m. daily.

The group bills the concept as a “charming and approachable neighborhood pub” with a full-service kitchen and private event space that is “perfect for drinks with friends, weekend brunch, after-work gatherings, corporate events, game watches, and birthday celebrations.”

Its menu will feature “Southern-inspired American menu classics, including gourmet burgers, fine whiskey and signature cocktails in a warm, inviting environment with a vintage vibe and nostalgic ambiance.”

Brunch options range from eggs benedict to shrimp and grits and hot honey fried chicken and biscuits, and dinner options range from BBQ brisket nachos to buffalo chicken spring rolls and jumbo lump crab cakes.

The other cocktails bars and restaurants in the city the hospitality group is behind includes Winnie’s in Midtown Bartley Dunne’s in Midtown, Haswell Green’s in Midtown, Vida Verde in Midtown West, Fernando’s Hideaway in Midtown, Dutch Fred’s in Hell’s Kitchen, Tanner Smith’s in Midtown, The Mean Fiddler and its speakeasy The Woo Woo in Midtown West, The Three Monkey’s in Hell’s Kitchen and The Dicken’s in Hell’s Kitchen.
