Eden’s has been nourishing the Greenpoint neighborhood with its pop-up from Brooklyn Safehouse on Franklin Ave since Summer 2021, and has quickly grown to serving 100+ salads per day. Now, Eden’s is expanding its reach further into the North Brooklyn community by doubling down on its business model of renting out bar kitchens during daytime hours. This partnership and location actually came about because the owner of Baby’s All Right is a regular customer of Eden’s!

Eden’s founders and Greenpoint locals Brittany Matheson and Arya Seghatoleslami have cultivated a following around their salads, like the Elote Bowl and the GOAT Bowl. They’ve also collaborated with local businesses for rotating seasonal dishes, like the Mezze Bowl from Edy’s Grocer, and The Fish Bowl, in collaboration with Acme Fish Company (available in Greenpoint only) with whitefish salad and caper dill dressing, launching this week.

Eden’s Williamsburg pop-up is located out of Baby’s All Right at 146 Broadway, Brooklyn, NY 11211. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 11am-3pm.
