The new Queens outpost will be housed in a 2,727-square-foot space at Heritage Tower, a nine-story bustling retail space in the heart of Jackson Heights. The tower is just one block from the 7 train, and a few short blocks from the E, F, M and R trains. The new location is slated to have all of the chain’s staples including its shack burger, crinkle-cut fries, hand-spun shakes, as well as its new veggie shack, non-dairy shake and frozen custard. One of its newer locations at Grand Central uniquely serves breakfast.

The 22-year-old fast-casual burger chain is known for serving elevated American fast-food classics. It was founded by restaurateur Danny Meyer who has a meaty portfolio of eateries he oversees through his company Union Square Hospitality Group, which includes but is not limited to Gramercy Tavern, Manhatta and Union Square Cafe.

His daughter Hallie also debuted her first solo brick-and-mortar concept Caffè Panna in her native neighborhood of Gramercy Park back in 2019. A second outpost of the gelataria is slated to open in Greenpoint next spring, as previously reported by What Now New York.
