Its newest location will occupy the 3,000-square-foot space on the ground floor, offering 100 indoor seats, 50 patio seats, 40 bar seats and 22 seats in their private dining space. It will be open for breakfast, lunch, happy hour and dinner, and will feature a new grab-and-go counter concept called Rosemary’s Pantry, which will serve coffee, pastries and sandwiches. It will also partner with McEnroe Organic Farm in Millerton to obtain its produce. The 12-story tower is a mixed-use building with housing, offices and businesses.

“We believe that design, hospitality and community are central to this urban transformation,” Suarez said in a statement. “The building’s prime location and modern repositioning was a draw for us to create a vibrant community inside and out.”

This will be Rosemary’s third outpost in the city, following its flagship’s debut in 2014 at 18 Greenwich Avenue in the West Village with rooftop views that overlook Jefferson Market Garden. The rustic farm-to-table Italian restaurant has an urban farmhouse feel and is known for its seasonal salads and handmade pasta. It is named after Suarez’s mother who would cook him meals with vegetables from their garden in Lucca, Italy, overlooking the Tuscan countryside.  It has since opened a second outpost Rosemary’s East at 350 1st Avenue in Gramercy in 2021.

Rosemary’s is one of a few restaurants in the Greenwich Village-based hospitality group Casa Nela’s portfolio. The group is known for its elegant neighborhood Italian and French restaurants including Bobo, Claudette, and Roey’s.
