The fast-casual cafe and sandwich shop debuted in London in 1986, and now has over 550 stores globally, including 44 existing locations in New York. Last year the company announced a franchise partnership with Dallas Holdings to expand their US presence, which included the news about New York’s newest location coming to Hudson Yards.

“We are extremely excited about bringing the Pret brand to the Southern California market, whilst also adding to Pret’s own strong New York network,” says Shane Thakrar, President and CEO of Dallas Holdings, in a statement.

Pret’s menu includes but is not limited to a range of select sandwiches like their signature egg salad, baguettes like their pesto caprese, wraps like their crunchy chipotle chicken and avocado, soups like their Moroccan lentil and salads like their blackened salmon, avocado and quinoa salad with creamy herb lime dressing, as well as their signature organic coffee and tea beverages and pastry items like croissants, cookies and muffins. It also offers seasonal beverages. You can enjoy 20 percent off lunch if you join their coffee subscription program, which has a variety of tiers to get deals on your meals.
