Owner Jiadong Yang tells What Now New York that the new concept will have a different menu from his flagship restaurant, which is known for its signature Sichuan specialties such as fried rice and lo mein. It is currently under construction and is slated to open by the end of the summer, so long as it gets its liquor license approval from Manhattan Community Board 4. It anticipates offering seven tables with 28 seats and one bar with eight seats.

Its proposed menu includes appetizers such as cucumber in a scallion paste with chili sauce and honey roast ribs, salads such as a staple garden salad and soups such as crab meat soup, signature dishes like sliced pork with long green pepper, cumin lamb, sichuan-flavored beef and fish filet and spicy clams, and chef specials like spicy crayfish and grilled spicy pork ribs, as well as vegetarian options, rice dishes and noodle dishes.
