The team is looking to secure the space formerly occupied by Scarlatto for its third outpost. Its flagship debuted in 2012, serving its grandmother-style cooking of Indo-Chinese fusion cuisine. Its menu includes a wide range of traditional Indian dishes from the country’s various regions as well as Chinese dishes fused with Indian spices. The restaurant was included in The New York Times’ 25 Essential Dishes to Eat list in 2021. The new location is slated to offer 18 tables with 46 seats and a bar with nine seats and hours of 11 a.m. through midnight from Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. through 1 a.m. on Friday and Saturday, according to its liquor license.

Its menu includes but is not limited to soups such as curried cauliflower soup, starters such as samosas and tandoori achari mushrooms, salads such as their signature symphony chicken tikka salad, sides such as dal makhani and yellow dal tarka, vegan options such as jackfruit biryani and vegetarian options such as palak paneer, meats and poultry such as chicken vindaloo, fish and shellfish such as shrimp moliee, tandoori barbeque, rice dishes such as vegetable pulao, freshly baked breads including naan and paratha, as well as their unique Indian Chinese soups such as hot and sour soup and main courses such as salt and pepper prawns and chicken manchurian.
