Gym U’s ShrUmz Cafe to Introduce Beer, Wine, Cider and Brunch Options

The elite gym’s café will be offering alcoholic beverages on a daily basis, along with an expanded menu and schedule.

Gym U, renowned as one of the most prestigious boutique gyms in New York City, has plans to expand its dining and beverage options with new offerings at its in-house ShrUmz Café.

ShrUmz Café will soon be serving a curated selection of beer, wine, and cider options, alongside its existing menu of healthy smoothies and acai bowls. This expansion aims to enhance the post-workout experience for Gym U members and guests, providing them with a diverse range of choices to refuel and relax after their working out while encouraging a sense of community.

The café will open with the gym at 6 a.m., offering a selection of breakfast and brunch options suitable for early risers. However, alcohol service will commence at approximately 11 a.m. On weekends, this timing may be adjusted slightly, with alcohol service starting around 10:30 a.m., to cater to patrons seeking a leisurely brunch experience.

ShrUmz Café’s new schedule is designed to accommodate the diverse lifestyles of its clientele. Closing time is 11 p.m. from Monday to Wednesday, allowing members to enjoy a post-workout meal or beverage during the evening hours.

On Thursdays to Sundays, the cafe will extend its hours until 1 a.m., providing additional opportunities for leisure and socialization.
