Sonny Liu submitted the application on behalf of Sunday Dreamin LLC to house their yet-to-be-named concept in the ground floor space of the five-story mixed-used building formerly occupied by Cacio E Vino in the East Village. The restaurant will serve Italian and American fare, from pastas to burgers. It is slated to offer 16 tables with 32 seats, as well as one service bar, and its anticipated hours of operation are 9 a.m. until 11 p.m. daily.

Fill Up Coffee is a no-frills café with two locations – one at 2486 Broadway in the Upper West Side and one at 4321 8th Avenue in Borough Park.

Its proposed menu includes appetizers such as burrata and calamari, pasta dishes such as carbonara and gnocchi, burgers such as cheeseburgers, chorizo burgers and a chicken sandwich, salads including caesar and house, main courses including a 8-10 oz New York strip, chicken, and catch of the day, and brunch including eggs benedict and french toast. The team is also seeking a beer and wine license.
