New Seafood Restaurant Making Splash in Two Bridges

A new seafood restaurant, Off-Grand, is coming to 189 East Broadway in Two Bridges.

It will take residence in a space formerly occupied by the treasured Tipsy Shanghai. Off-Grand bills itself as a health-focused seafood restaurant with a select wine and cocktail menu. Its offerings will include small plates, entrees, sides and desserts. It expects to have 23 tables with 59 seats and one bar with eight seats, as well as additional sidewalking seating. Its planned hours are 12 p.m. to 12 a.m. Sunday, 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. Monday–Wednesday, 5 p.m. to 4 a.m. Thursday, and 12 p.m. to 4 a.m. Friday–Saturday. 

A sneak peak at their menu items include small plates such as an octopus salad with chickpeas and sundried tomatoes ($12) and a sea bass ceviche with squash, coriander and citrus ($20), entrees such as a smocked linguine with walleye filet made with tomatoes, olives and chile ($28) as well as a catch of the day, desserts such as their speciality “off-Sunday” with seasonal fruits, vanilla and chocolate coulis ($10) and New York apple tart with compote and salted butter ($10). It will also offer sides including boy choi ($12) and fries with aioli ($9), according to their liquor license application. 

There will also be a wine and cocktail bar with their speciality Off-Grand spritz with gin, St. Germain, Prosecco and orange blossom ($14), as well as non-alcoholic beverages like cold-pressed seasonal juice ($8).
