The new location near the corner of St. Mark’s Place is currently under construction. Siblings and co-owners Kevin and Vivian Kim opened their flagship store at 725 River Road, just across the Hudson River, in November 2015. It is known for its stunning waterfront views and modern industrial meets hip rustic decor. It was voted by Architectural Digest the “Most Beautiful Coffee Shop” in New Jersey in 2018.

Its menu includes but is not limited to hot and iced drinks, from drip coffee to pour over coffee, including unique teas like its iced match americano, iced lavender yuzu lemonade and espresso tonic. It also has food from overnight oats to avocado toast, smoked salmon toast, a chickpea smash sandwich and strawberry arugula salad.

The prices listed online for their flagship appear to be below the average market price with lattes going for $4.50 -$5 and all food under $10.
