Michelin-Starred Seoul Restaurant Joo Ok to Open in New York’s Koreatown in April 2024

Michelin-starred chef Johnny Spero of D.C.'s Reverie is set to consult on the culinary component.
If plans get approved, Raoul's will add two new dining rooms (one private) and a new kitchen.
Future bakery space formerly served as a box office and was most recently the site of Radio City Music Hall’s gift shop.
