Top Hops will bring a bar with 18 seats to the 10,000 square-foot food hall operated by Urbanspace, along with beer to enjoy in-house or to-go. “We anticipate 16 draft lines, rotating, and probably about 20 or so bottles and cans,” owner Ted Kenny told What Now New York.

Top Hops has been known as the place to go for rare can and bottle drops. You can visit one of the shop’s locations at 88 Essex St. Top Hops Urbanspace at 570 LEX is temporarily closed as of late last month. The shop’s flagship location had to close permanently late last spring when the landlord sold the building. Zero Irving will be Urbanspace’s fifth Manhattan location.

According to a liquor license application obtained by What Now New York, Top Hops Zero Irving will stay open until 1AM daily. Happy hour will end at 7PM. In addition to a rotating line of craft beers, Top Hops will serve bites like hot pretzels, Belgian frites, and cheese and charcuterie boards. Sandwiches and burgers will also be on the menu.

Kenny shared he hopes Top Hops Zero Irving will open by mid-November, but that of course is dependent on the opening of the building as a whole. Visit Top Hops’ website or find them on social media for updates.
