Harlem-bred and Senegalese-born Chef & Owner Elhadji Cisse who is the force behind the popular Ponty Bistro and Renaissance in Harlem is set to open his biggest restaurant yet. PB Brasserie is a sprawling 4,500-square-foot restaurant located on W. 125th Street, steps from the Apollo Theater, in the heart of Harlem. This restaurant opening will be the biggest the area has seen in years. PB Brasserie will offer breakfast, lunch and dinner to serve the community each and every day with a French flair.

Executive Chef Elhadji Cisse, originally from Senegal, moved to New York at 17 and quickly ascended the culinary ranks. He gained extensive experience working with chefs such as Daniel Boulud and Jean-Georges Vongerichten at prestigious establishments like Daniel, Vong, and Mercer Kitchen. In 2008, Elhadji opened Ponty Bistro in Gramercy Park and later brought the restaurant to Harlem, where it remains today. He is also the force behind Renaissance Harlem. His latest and largest venture is the upcoming opening of PB Brasserie, where he serves as chef and owner, continuing to make a notable impact on the culinary scene.

Appetizers at PB Brasserie include Assiette de Fromages (a selection of French cheeses), Escargot de Bourguignon, Tuna Tartar, Tartar de Boeuf, French Onion Soup, Asparagus, Crispy Calamari, and Mac & Cheese. Lunch options like a Croque Monsieur or Madame, Smoked Salmon Crêpe, PB Burger, Turkey Sandwich, Steak and Eggs, Caprese Salad, or a Lobster Benedict will provide options for every palette. Mains are divided into meat dishes like a Grilled Prime Hanger Steak, Filet Mignon, Grilled Lamb Chops, Dry Aged NY Strip, Rib Eye Steak, or a Bone-In Rib Eye with choices of sauces like Béarnaise, Au Poivre, and Bordelaise. Warm Shrimp Salad, Mixed Green Salad, Frisée Salad with bacon and blue cheese, Caesar Salad, and a Caprese Salad are also on the menu. The Raw Bar includes Shrimp Cocktail, 1/2 Dozen Clams, 1/2 Dozen Oysters, and Plateau de Fruit de Mer.

Signature dishes include Salmon Bearnaise with fingerling tomatoes and Brussel sprouts, Grilled Whole Branzino with root vegetables, Chilean Sea Bass with garlic spinach and creme a l’ail, Rotisserie 1/2 Chicken with Pomme Puree and Natural Jus, Lobster and Shrimp Spaghetti Moules Africana and Fries, Seafood Risotto, Steamed Whole Lobster, and Mushroom & Truffle Tagliatelle.

Desserts include a Pastry Basket, Croissant, Pain au Chocolat, Almond Croissant Crème Brûlée, Chocolate Fondant, Cheesecake, Tarte Tatin, and Crêpes Suzette.

Lunch – Monday – Friday: 11:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Dinner – Sunday, Thursday: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Friday, Saturday: 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM
