According to co-president Max Lo, the new restaurant will double down on Fan Chinese’s penchant for authenticity while offering a more luxurious experience for Manhattan patrons.

“‘Szechuan’ stands for spice, which is what we will prioritize on our menu,” said Lo. “In addition to offering authentic, high-end Chinese food, our new location will also feature a full liquor bar.”

While the full menu has yet to be released, Fan Szechuan Cuisine will offer elevated versions of some of the dishes served at Fan Chinese, which range from classics like Kong Pao Chicken to dumplings, dim sum, and soups.
