Its founders Thomas Moore and Billy Jones are proposing a menu billed as regional comfort food with snacks such as a country club snack bowl with wasabi peas, shrimp chips and chex mix, a crudite with aioli, warm olives with orange and herbs, a cheese and meat platter, toast with ricotta, hazelnuts and local honey, a pastrami sandwich on rye with mustard, as well as sides like chips and fries. It will also offer beverages including special sodas, from basil salt lime to ghia, and “weak coffee.” The team is also seeking a full liquor license.

Its liquor license suggests it will be open every night from 5 pm until close. It also expects to offer 10 tables with 29 seats. There is no other information available at press time.
