The team behind Instant Noodle Factory is seeking a second outpost at 130 East 7th Street in the East Village. The unique concept – which just debuted its flagship earlier this year – serves 85 types of packaged noodles from across the Asian continent from Japan to China, Korea, Thailand, Singapore and elsewhere. It was founded by couple Tat Lee and Cierra Beck who decided to turn their shared love of instant noodles into a business venture. The concept has received glowing profiles and warm reviews from critics.

“This new mostly automated spot is both bewildering and delightful,” wrote renowned food critic Robert Sietsema for Eater NY.

“There are so many things here that you can’t really find anywhere else,” adds Laura Scala, correspondent for NBC – New York.
