The menu spotlights INDAY’s greatest hits with a slew of signature curries and bowls that are made with lean proteins like yoga lentils; baked green pea + sweet potato “falafel;” charred chicken thigh tossed with warming spices and herbs. Like all of INDAY’S locations, the menu is 100% free of refined sugar. All proteins are antibiotic-free & pasture-raised, and all grains are organic.

New to INDAY and available at this flagship location are a chai bar, cocktails, and a selection of wine and beer.

“As a New Yorker,” says founder Basu Ratnam in a statement, “opening a flagship in such an iconic location is a dream. It’s exciting to see the city’s appetite for Indian food continue to grow: this is our biggest restaurant to date, open seven days a week, and we’re serving an international audience of locals and visitors. We’re happy to be in such good company, too, with so many chefs and businesses we admire as neighbors.”

INDAY is located at 30 Rockefeller Plaza’s 48th St Corridor. Hours of operation are 11 AM – 10 PM, 7 days/week.
