Cool Sips is a modern fountain beverage stand offering “Dirty Drinks” in a variety of categories. Serving sodas, teas, lemonade, energy drinks, sports drinks, and cold-brewed coffee, the menu has hundreds of options for guests to choose from. There are signature drink offerings as well as ‘Stuffed Sips’ that include boba and candy jellies. Guests can also create their own customized drinks.

Earlier this year, Cool Sips opened its first location in the Rockefeller Center. The brand specializes in “dirty sodas” which are combinations of sodas with creams and syrups. Cools Sips was founded by Andrew Moger.

What Now NY connected with Moger over an email Q&A to learn more about the brand.

“Cool Sips pays homage to beach and surf culture,” said Moger. “Giving off ‘Endless Summer’ vibes, the mood at Cool Sips is always chill. Think warm summer nights, slides and sandals, summer crushes, and beach BBQs.”

At Cool Sips, the essence of summer lingers all year round. Moger confirmed there is no indoor seating, but there will be a sizable patio where guests can enjoy their drinks. When the weather starts getting cooler, there are plans in place to still make use of the patio.

“Besides the thematic link to the waterfront, Cool Sips is perfect for area residents, office workers, and tourists alike,” said Moger.  “Whether a stop to grab a quick caffeine fix (soda, tea, energy drink), or to try one of our Stuffed Sips like the Dewey (Lemonade, mango & pineapple syrup, and mango jellies) or the LBI (Root beer, caramel syrup, vanilla cream and brown sugar boba)— we have something for everyone.”

Cool Sips plans to host a grand opening of their Seaport location on June 27.
