“We always wanted to open up Continent in New York, and we are excited to bring our concept to this new space,” Scotley Innis said.

Set to open its doors in early May, Continent follows in the footsteps of Chef Innis’ successful venture, Aliya Cocktail Den, located on the hotel’s rooftop. With its authentic Caribbean cocktails already making waves, anticipation is high for the culinary delights that Continent will offer.

Drawing upon his Caribbean heritage and culinary expertise, Chef Innis’ menu celebrates the diverse flavors and ingredients of the region. From its signature Oxtail lo Mein to Yard Mon Oysters with scotch bonnet garlic butter, parmesan cheese and smoked paprika breadcrumbs, Continent will be a feast for the senses. Diners will be transported to sun-drenched shores with every bite.

With its prime location in the heart of Williamsburg, Continent is poised to become a hotspot for locals and tourists alike seeking an unforgettable dining experience.
