Aitana Cocina and Bar is coming this fall to Virgin Hotels NYC. It will go in on the fourth floor of the 38-story building.
The hotel, located at 1227 Broadway, features multiple retail and dining locations as well as rooms and suites. It also features more than 15,000 square feet of event space for meetings, corporate events and weddings.
Current dining spots in the hotel include Everdene on the third floor of the hotel, which serves breakfast, lunch, brunch and dinner as well as bar snacks and a full beverage program with cocktails, wine and beer. The Pool Club, which is located on the fourth floor, serves food and drinks by the pool with music. Like Everdene, it has an extensive cocktail list, and it offers views of the skyline to customers.
Another spot, The Riff Raff Club, is opening on the 39th floor as a rooftop cocktail bar in late September. This spot will feature a seasonal menu of cocktails and impressive views.
Aitana Cocina and Bar will join this lineup later this fall. While the menu has not been released, it appears that it will be an upscale Mexican restaurant with a full menu and beverage program, according to Aitana’s Instagram page. Like the other spots in the hotel, it appears that cocktails will be a highlight of the menu.
Virgin Hotels NYC also offers a full-service spa, which includes a sauna, a salt room, a snow room, treatment rooms and recovery spaces.
