Faena Hotel and Restaurant Prepping For Opening

The hotel, which is expected to open by the end of 2024, will have multiple dining and beverage concepts.

Luxury hotel Faena New York is slated to make its New York City debut at 500 West 18th Street in One High Line’s East Tower this year. Faena also has hotel locations in Miami and Buenos Aires.

The hotel will feature 120 rooms as well as a 5,000-square foot restaurant space. There are plans for Faena Restaurant, as well as concepts known as The Living Room, El Secreto and La Cava, according to recently filed paperwork.

Faena Restaurant will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, offering main dishes like Chilean sea bass, prime ribeye steak and handmade pastas. Sandwiches, salads and pizzas will be available for lunch. The beverage program will include wine, beer and signature cocktails.

The Living Room is a nightlife-oriented space that offers evening entertainment, gathering spaces, small plates, caviar, cocktails and wine. La Cava is Faena’s signature intimate wine cellar, with the La Cava location in Miami featuring more than 3,000 wine bottles in its collection. The space is also used to cater private dinner parties, wine tastings and events. El Secreto is a Japanese dining spot that offers sushi and kaiseki-inspired culinary experiences.

Faena Restaurant will be located on the first floor of the hotel, and The Living Room, La Cava, El Secreto and an outdoor terrace are expected to go in on the second floor of the 10-story hotel.
