The spot, which will be called Revival, will be on the ground floor and basement of a five-story residential building. It will seat 48 and have 19 tables and one bar.
The concept will serve American food with fusion from other cuisines and will have both a lunch and dinner menu. Starters will include grilled oysters, chilled cucumber soup and popcorn chicken. Mains will include lemongrass half chicken, Szechuan spicy sea bass and fried chicken.
There will also be a limited dessert menu offering items like coconut mousse and affogato. A full beverage program is expected, as well.
The ownership team includes Darragh McConnon, Eoin Martin, Corey Miller and Jamie Bannigan. McConnon is known for his Irish-inspired restaurant, Dear Maud, in Hoboken, New Jersey. He opened the spot in 2022 after more than a decade of history working in the hospitality industry, including in bartending and management. Dear Maud offers food items like steak skewers, cheeseburgers, fried chicken sandwiches, salads, steak frites and spicy rigatoni pasta.
Martin and Miller both have extensive background in the hospitality industry, as well.
As of now, it is unclear what the exact opening timeline will be for Revival.
