The new concept is spearheaded by Amir Raziq and Leonara Malaj, who both have experience in the hotel restaurant management industry.

The proposed menu features small plates like cheeseboards and steak tartare, big plates like roasted cauliflower steak and gnocchi, and a cafe-style menu that features espresso, coffee, pastries and yogurt.

The space has plans for 29 tables and 68 seats, along with a 10-seat bar. Paperwork indicates that live music — mainly acoustic and jazz — is planned for the restaurant a few times a week.

As of now, further details regarding design and timeline remain unknown.
