Barak has signed a lease for an 11,300-square-foot ground-floor spot that will be located at 200 Park Avenue. The space previously housed Cafe Centro.

Barak told the Business Journal that the concept will be a casual, all-day Italian restaurant “inspired by relaxed summers on the Mediterranean.”

The spot will have both indoor and outdoor seating, with about 250 indoor seats and 200 outdoor seats.

The new restaurant is slated to open in spring 2026.

Barak could not immediately be reached for comment. Stay tuned for updates on this location.
