54D has received global acclaim after founder and former professional soccer player Rodrigo Garduño took to Instagram amid pandemic lockdowns and motivated hundreds of thousands of people around the world to stay positive and healthy. In just six months, Garduño’s account grew by 1M+ followers and he reached over 16M+ Instagram video views, according to Meta. The brand’s in-person and online fitness program counts an array of high profile celebrity followers including Alex Rodriguez and Adriana Lima, to name a few. 54D currently has multiple studios in Miami, Mexico, Colombia and is slated to open in Los Angeles and Broward County, Florida later this year.

“We have always been a catalyst of transformation. We conceive techniques to train the mind and body and prepare our community (or participants) to break limits to achieve results,” said Rodrigo Garduño Founder and Creator of 54D in a statement,. “Our expansion in New York City seemed like the perfect position to continue the brand’s evolution, following our vision to make this program accessible to more people. 54D in New York City will introduce people to the new version of themselves.”

Besides its physical locations, the brand also exploded digitally in over 90 countries with 54D ON, the online version of the brand’s signature 54-day program that offers a state-of-the-art at-home workout experience, and recently launched an Amazon Alexa Skill, where users are able to access quick workouts and get inspiration directly from the brand’s founder.

“Since we started offering our online program, we have had so much interest from various markets to bring our on-site program to them,” said Omar Yunes, CEO of 54D. “People want to experience immersive, in-person training. It’s a program unlike any other. We are proud to begin our national expansion and give people the opportunity to try the program on-site. We felt New York City was the perfect place to kick off our expansion and are excited to open our doors.”
