Seifan told What Now New York that it is slated for a spring 2025 opening, marking the fifth location for Honeybrains.
The health food brand also has another location coming soon to Tribeca, as recently reported by What Now New York. That spot is expected to open in February.
Seifan started Honeybrains in 2016 in NoHo and has since expanded to Saks and the Flatiron District.
The menu consists of items like power oatmeal, granola and whole wheat waffles. They also serve healthy bowls, salads, sandwiches, coffee, tea and juice. Honeybrains focuses on using natural ingredients such as honey rather than artificial sweeteners to improve brain health.
“What makes us stand out is the communities we create in the neighborhoods we open up in,” Seifan said in a previous interview with What Now New York. “We really get to know people in our communities and participate in them, whether it’s connecting with running clubs or doing free meditation classes. We really try to embed ourselves in the neighborhood and be your daily go-to place.”
