Lucien Smith has filed for a liquor license with CB3 for a full-service restaurant at 89B Canal Street.
The spot, filed under Fooood LLC, will be called Food, according to the documents filed for the application. Plans indicate the restaurant will go in on the first floor of the building.
Menu, design and opening timeline details remain unclear at this time.
